Alan Guiney is a Partner and Business Head of ONE corporate. Alan has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector.

Before he joined ONE, Alan had spent almost six years with State Street Services in Luxembourg, initially as a VP heading up the accounting function and subsequently, as COO and a Board Member. He was responsible for the overall operations and provision of central administration services to global Private Equity and Real Estate clients, co-ordinating with other jurisdictions to design and implement a best practice model for servicing hybrid funds.

Prior to working in Luxembourg, he spent 15 years in hedge fund administration in Ireland for International Fund Services (a State Street company) and Investors Bank and Trust. As a VP, he was responsible for running fund accounting teams for global hedge fund clients and managing client relationships. He was also the business lead for several corporate technology development initiatives.

Throughout his career, Alan has successfully engendered loyalty in the teams he has managed through creating a collaborative and engaging work environment.
